HOW DO WE SECURE THE DATE?
Upon the signing of a contract and the payment of the deposit.
DO YOU TRAVEL FOR WEDDINGS?
Yes. I love to travel, and will go anywhere ( as humanly possible ) in the world to document your wedding.
ARE YOU FULLY INSURED?
I have both professional indemnity and public liability insurance, which cover me in the event of complete photographic failure to someone tripping over my tripod and breaking their leg.
HOW MANY PICTURES WILL YOU TAKE ON THE DAY?
Approximately 1,000 - 3,000 depending on the length of the wedding, from this I choose a minimum of 200 images to edit and provide for you on a personalised USB drive.
CAN WE BOOK YOU FOR JUST PART OF THE DAY?
I try to be as flexible as possible, so yes, please get in touch to discuss.
HOW MANY HOURS WILL YOU BE PHOTOGRAPHING FOR?
It depends what you would like. I usually need around 10 - 12 hours to document the day, from preparations up until the party, however I thoroughly enjoy what I do, and am in no rush to leave, where most photographers leave right after the opening dance I prefer to take some shots of the party as well.
WILL WE MEET PRIOR TO THE DAY?
My job is to document what will be the most important day of your lives and interpret your story in a visually beautiful way. I feel it is important to get to know you before the day so I'd like to meet and discuss the photos you would like of the day and your vision of the kind of imagery you are hoping for.
DO YOU TAKE POSED SHOTS AND INFORMAL SHOTS?
Yes both. I take the classic formal shots of the bride and groom, and family shots as requested and agreed prior to the day. Then I document the entire day taking in a series of unobtrusive and natural shots.
WHEN WILL WE SEE THE IMAGES FROM THE WEDDING?
I endeavor to have delivered to you a USB drive with a minimum of 200 edited photos of the day within 5 weeks. ( Depending on the length of the wedding )
ARE THE IMAGES EDITED?
A minimum of 400 images ( For a minimum of an 8 hour wedding ) are individually edited and enhanced using Photoshop CS5 and Photoshop Lightroom and presented to you on a personalised USB drive as well as in an online gallery.
DO I GET THE RIGHTS TO THE IMAGES?
I will give you all the edited high resolution images on a USB drive and you are free to use the images in whatever you please.
ARE THERE ANY ADDITIONAL COSTS?
Included in the price are my services for the agreed period of time, editing of the images (minimum 200 images) and provision of a USB drive with edited images. There are no other travel costs incurring. ( Except for destination weddings )
CAN WE AND OUR GUESTS ORDER PRINTS FROM YOU?
Yes prints can be professionally printed. Please contact me for a quote.
DO WE GET AN ONLINE GALLERY?
Yes you do. A private online gallery will be set up with all of the edited images ready for your friends and family to watch and the possibility of purchasing prints. On top of this, a set of low res images in an email/social media-friendly format will be sent to you alongside your high resolution images on the USB drive.
